Our VBS Display Process

Printing: We use HP machines to print orders on 4-millimeter corrugated plastic materials. Our direct to substrate printing process provides greater sharpness and color saturation for enhanced visibility.

Cutting: We use a Kongsberg CNC machine to cut the printed material precisely. It ensures that cutting is done accurately following the designated lines, eliminating the need for manual cutting.

Packaging: We avoid rolling or folding the material excessively to prevent creases. Instead, we implement a method where the project is cut on the backside so that folding creates creases on the back, preserving the front side.
